1. Services

Data Academy LLC provides data analytics and business intelligence consulting services including dashboard development, data modeling and architecture, KPI strategy and reporting, data training and enablement, business opportunity analysis, and process automation and ETL. Services are delivered globally online.

2. Eligibility

By engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Subscription services renew automatically; cancel anytime.
• One-time payments are due at the start of the engagement.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all data, analytical findings, and proprietary information shared during the engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and deliverables remain the property of Data Academy LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive license upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Results depend on data quality and client cooperation. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

Governed by New Mexico law. Disputes resolved through arbitration in Albuquerque, NM.
