At Data Academy LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality data analytics and business intelligence services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Consulting Services

• Before delivery: Full refund if canceled before any work has begun.
• Within 7 days: Full refund if unsatisfied. Processed within 10 business days.
• After 7 days: Evaluated case-by-case. Prorated refund possible for work not yet delivered.

2. Subscriptions & Retainers

Cancel anytime. No refund for the current billing period; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Digital Deliverables

Dashboards, data models, and reports are non-refundable once delivered. Errors corrected at no cost.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email info@dataacademyllc.com with your name, company, date of purchase, and reason. Approved refunds processed within 10 business days via Stripe.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for outcomes affected by poor data quality or lack of client cooperation.
